About Paul
Quality leader. Applied AI builder. Delivery owner.
I work where technical proof, operating discipline and team adoption need to become one practical delivery system.
My path
Quality leadership became applied AI naturally.
My formal role is Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Manager. In practice, I work across AI solutioning, hands-on building, delivery leadership and team adoption.
Across 16 years in Hong Kong, I progressed from QA engineering into management, release delivery and technical team enablement. Over the last three years, applied AI became the natural continuation of that work.
Quality and AI share the same useful discipline: define the intended result, gather evidence, examine uncertainty, and decide whether the work can close.
I am strongest where an organisation needs someone who can prove the technical path, structure delivery, build team capability and move AI beyond a demonstration.
How I contribute
Build enough to prove. Structure enough to scale.
I lead by joining the technical and organisational parts of the work, without pretending one person should own every specialist gate.
Hands-on. I build agents and AI-assisted engineering workflows to understand the real constraints.
Evidence-led. I use completion, review, rework, quality, safety and cost to judge progress.
Team-oriented. I transfer working patterns so capability grows beyond the original builder.
